Pros:	This food has way more seed in it than what is shown in the picture. In my honest opinion it should have way less seed and more healthy ingredients. It also has way to many banana chips. That being said my birds seem to like this but won't touch the banana chips or cinnamon sticks.
Cons:	Expensive....overpriced given the amount of seed.
Comments:	Banana chips are a cheap filler and most birds don't eat them. I have yet to have a bird that eats banana chips or cinnamon sticks.
