This is a very interesting toy for my bird. He studies, beaks and spins it.
Nothing has emerged so far. I will have to watch that he doesn't chew on the plastic and risk ingesting it, but all toys need a probationary period.
I thought my 36 year old African Grey would be afraid of this toy, at least at first. But no, he went right to it and proceeded to examine it with great care. At least I can get some work done while he works on his new toy!

My eclectus Greengo has this toy going on 2 years. It is his favorite foraging toy. I got this as his first foraging toy because it was easy for him to get his treats out of and encouraged him to forage. Now it's his favorite!! He even swings it around an twists and pulls and plays with it when it's empty.
I can't think of any cons except if you want an advanced foraging toy that will make your baby work hard for his treat, this is not it because this is very easy to get the treats out of.
When I fist got it I thought it wouldn't last, but it did and is still hanging out with my eckie after much abuse 😊
