Both my cockatiel and my maroon belly conure adore mahogany pods. They're just the right density to give a satisfying crunch. They prefer them on the cage floor rather than strung. Both birds are 7 years old, I've given them mahogany pods for pretty much their whole lives and they have not gotten sick of it yet. If your birds like these, I also recommend trying yucca slices.
