Pros:	Its a great option, personally I like it because it doesn't have color dyes on it. In other stores you only find those kind of seeds. These alone and a diet of veggies and millet here and there, are great for birds. I have budgies and they love this Supreme mix.
Cons:	I dont buy a larger amount tho because sometimes it comes with seed little worms, I don't know why but it does sometimes.

Pros:	this is my main seed mix for my flock of budgies. it has only the seeds that they like and there is zero waste. i also like to sprout it for a fresh add on. i also provide pellets and some veggies to round out their diet.
