Directions: Add one part mix to two parts boiling water. After water returns to boil, cover and simmer at reduced heat for 45-50 minutes or until beans are tender. Drain and cool before serving.

Ingredients: Soybeans, Brown Paddy Rice, Bean Mix (Trapper Peas, Pinto Beans, White Northern Beans, Small Red Beans, Baby Green Lima Beans, Blackeye Peas, Red Kidney Beans, Black Turtle Beans, Alaskan Green Peas), Wheat, Popcorn, Oat Groats, Pearl Barley, Small Yellow Corn, White Corn, Buckwheat, Red Lentils, Split Green Peas, Split Yellow Peas and Common Lentils.

Pros:	This is pretty fun to make! Great protein and lots of variety in the mix. Meyers Parrot loves it. Also a great way to add powdered supplements if needed.
